What we respond to
- Corrections — if something in the guide doesn't match what you're seeing in-game, let us know. We'll verify and update where needed.
- Suggestions — if there's a strategy topic or event type you'd like us to cover in more depth, send it over. Popular requests get priority.
- Partnership enquiries — if you run a MONOPOLY GO! community (Discord server, Facebook group, YouTube channel) and want to explore a collaboration, reach out with a brief description of your community.
What we don't handle
We are not able to help with:
- In-game purchases, refunds, or billing issues — contact Scopely support for those
- Account recovery, bans, or login problems — only the game publisher can help with these
- Cheats, hacks, or "free dice generator" requests — we don't provide or endorse these
Response time
This is a small, volunteer-run project. We aim to reply to all messages within 5–7 business days. If you don't hear back after that, try sending a follow-up.
